One meal I’d happily eat forever:
A proper wood-fired pizza. High hydration, light base, three cheese, finished with a touch of hot honey.

A spot I almost don’t want to share:
TINTA in Belmont. The freshest seafood and one of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen.

If I were a cocktail, I’d be:
100 x Negronis.

My most controversial food opinion:
Cold leftover pizza should be illegal. Fire it back up. Also… leftovers?

Thoughtful, thorough and commercially minded, she loves building campaigns that connect the dots from first impression through to conversion, helping venues grow with purpose and drive real results.

One meal I’d happily eat forever:
Close tie between a grass-fed rib eye steak or a chicken schnitty with mash potato and salad.

A spot I almost don’t want to share:
The Gidley (best steak and burger).

If I were a cocktail, I’d be:
A spicy margarita, definitely.

My most controversial food opinion:
Most truffle dishes would taste better without truffle. Also, Aperol tastes like petrol. (sorry to the fans)

One meal I’d happily eat forever:
Pasta (of any kind )

A spot I almost don’t want to share:
Funkatello in Darlinghurst... pasta is insane!

If I were a cocktail, I’d be:
Aperol Spritz

My most controversial food opinion:
Truffle is overrated

With a sharp eye for detail and a love for visual storytelling, she brings venue brands to life through menus, campaigns, signage, digital assets and creative content made to stand out across every touchpoint.

One meal I’d happily eat forever:
Pizza. Even when it's bad, it's still somehow good, but a great wood-fired pizza is heaven.

A spot I almost don’t want to share:
I physically cannot gatekeep a great restaurant. If I find somewhere amazing, there is a good chance I've told the group chat before the bill even arrives.

If I were a cocktail, I’d be:
A spicy marg, and I'd be convincing everyone else to order one too!

My most controversial food opinion:
Eggs are disgusting! Texture, taste and smell is all just... bad. Cafés definitely need more eggless brunch options!!
